Tread Tabata—HIIT Fitness Studios

In the spring of 2018, Tread Tabata was working to launch their 2nd fitness studio, prepping for a grand opening in a brand new neighborhood far from their flagship site. It was brave. It was nerve-racking. It was exciting. Kathy, a fitness expert & one of Shape Magazine’s hottest trainers, hired me to discover and target a new, local market that would convert to memberships and a robust fitness community.
